Tammy Dahl

Tammy Dahl is a Resource Specialist for the Coalition for Children, Youth & Families. She recognizes the complexities of navigating the systems that impact children, youth, families, and professionals connected to relative care, foster care, and adoption. She is passionate about supporting caregivers and helping them access resources, support, and the tools they need to prevent burnout and provide safety, stability, and permanency for the children and youth in their care.

Tammy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services from Upper Iowa University. Tammy has been a member of the Coalition team since August 2026.
